Hello there!

New to iHerb? Use coupon code TEP756 for up to $5.00 off your first order.

I'm in my 30s, but I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 12 years old so I've been struggling with related issues for a very long time. Conventional medicine never helped very much, but when I discovered natural medicine and therapeutic foods in 2004, I slowly began to recover and find relief from the endless migraines, chronic pain, hormone imbalances, and mood swings. I'm still on this journey to better health, but I love sharing my experiences with others along the way. I'd love if you used my referral code TEP756 to place an order -- you will get $5 or $10 off your order, and it will help me try more products too. ;)

Works very well, especially if applied immediately.

Love the way this stuff works, and I also like that it doesn't smell noxious! Works quite well on grease, blood, and other stubborn stains. Also, the brush applicator tip is very clever -- it seems to really work the solution into the fabric.

Works pretty well for tablets.

Magnesium + calcium is one of the key supplements I take to help me get restful, restorative sleep. I have fibromyalgia so I can feel when I haven't taken it -- I wake up more stiff, less rested, more tired. I do find that these aren't quite as effective as taking the liquid, but I keep them up at my bedside table for those nights when I know I haven't had a chance to take the liquid form. (It's also much cheaper to take this tablet form vs. the liquid, so it's not that big of a deal.)

Great flavor.

I adore my morning coffee routine, but because I know the caffeine and acidity of regular coffee is harsh to my body, I often mix Teeccino with a freshly-ground low-acid coffee. It works great for this purpose. I also drink it straight sometimes, although I'm not in love with the flavor of Teeccino when I brew it in a drip coffeemaker--I much prefer the taste of it when I brew it in a French press!

A little overly sweet

I wish Vitol would back off on the stevia just a little bit -- this is a great protein otherwise, with a good texture and foaminess. I prefer a very lightly sweetened protein because I use it in smoothies with fruit that already have a bit of sweetness.

Not sure what other people are using this for...

...but it makes tasty "date shakes" when added to plain protein powder, date crumbles, and ice!

I like this best for biscuits!

Posted on Jan 28, 2013

I have a preferred pancake & waffle recipe that I make from scratch, but I like having this mix on hand for making quick breads like biscuits, crumb cake, and shortbread. Much better than Bisquick because of the whole grain content, and because Hodgson Mill doesn't use hydrogenated oils. Like another reviewer said, this mix doesn't taste too "wheaty" but does have a touch of pleasing whole-grain heartiness you can taste. I especially loved making these as a drop biscuit and adding some sharp cheddar, chives and garlic salt -- instant Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits knockoff. :)

pretty good performance, and tastes great.

The pluses: good flavor, easy dissolving, helped me get to sleep. The negative: I don't think this helps me sleep as much as other formulas, specifically liquid formulas. I've had better success with liposomal liquid formulas... they knock me right out, even at lower doses than 2.5 mg.

Not amazing, but good little crunchy snack

Posted on Apr 04, 2012

If you're GF and are missing wheat pretzels, this isn't quite like a true pretzel but might help satisfy that craving--it's a crunchy salty snack, basically just like the crackers this company makes, but in a stick format.
