Holistic Nutritionist Suggestions

New to iHerb? Use coupon code POP429 for up to $10.00 off your first order.

As a holistic health coach I use supplements to help people with their nutritional needs that often go far beyond what food can supply. I have a masters degree in holistic health and nutrition and am committed to helping people reach their full potential with the best products and practices. Supplements are not the whole answer, but they are definitely an important part of it. I tend to try things out on myself first to make sure they work at least on me! However, biochem individuality means that we may have to try different options for you. I have been using iherb for several years and refer people to it all the time.

I drink both the berry flavor and the original, but not the chocolate. The chocolate tastes great, but does not have as much of the good stuff as the berry and plain. This is a very good green food product.
