Now I don't feel left out when my family eats pancakes. I make my pancakes with ground almonds and coconut flour, and use this syrup on top. Oh and whipped cream too :-)

cheaper than the tablets

I emailed Jarrow to ask and they told me this inositol is myo-inositol, just like their tablets. For some reason they don't mention it on the container. It's cheaper per mg than the tablets. I take them as part of a fertility for women over 40 coctail. I dissolve it in water, it is almost completely tasteless - and I use that water to take my other supplements :-)

I like that it's natural

We don't usually use conditioner on my son's hair, just his all-natural olive oil based shampoo (made in Israel). But since he has curly hair and won't get it cut (he's 3 years old), we needed something to soften it so it wouldn't hurt so much combing it. It does the job but you do need to use a lot each time. I also found I don't really care for the scent, next time I'll try the lavender one :-)

This is high on the EWG sunscreen safety list

So I got this for my 3 year old son (even though they do have a kid/sensitive skin version, but it got a slightly lower (but still terrific) score on the list). It has a not-too-pleasant but not really bad scent when you sniff it out of the tube but nothing that you would notice on the skin. Goes on whitish but becomes transparent very quickly. Does, like other sunscreens, cause excess sweating. Here's the EWG list: http://breakingnews.ewg.org/2011sunscreen/best-sunscreens/best-beach-sport-sunscreens/

Seems to have helped with a very long gout attack that was unresponsive to meds but it's hard to know with all the meds too... I also take it if and when my joints ache.

I use these at bedtime after I put lotion on my feet - they feel good and I like it that they are all natural fiber. My feet are large (41.5 european) and they fit fine. I have 2 pairs - they do get greasy so I wash them every 2-3 days.

I keep this in my purse (at home I have the skin spray) and use it for everything - cuts and scrapes, mosquito bites, chafing, etc, . I let a friend with a cold sore on her lips use it for a few times and within a few hours it was much better.

I give this to my dog

One of my dogs gets loose stools every so often - but since I started sprinkling one of these on his food every day it hasn't happened. I originally bought a dog-specific probiotic (Jarrow's) but this is much less expensive and works well. I'm a vet.

I give this to my dog

My 15 year old 45lb dog has severe arthritis. She is on Previcox (an NSAID) but it wasn't enough. She gets one of these pills a day and it has made a huge difference in her ability to get up and and about. I saw a change after 2-3 days. I love it. (I'm a vet, btw).

wonderful except for the pump

The pump stopped working after the first use. So I use it from the bottle itself (which is probably better, EWG gives all sprays a higher (=less safe) grade because of the inhalation danger). The texture is weird - slimey and slippery in your hand - but it rubs on very very easily, the easiest I have ever had a mineral sunscreen rub on. It's oily at first but after a minute absorbs. It should come in a tube :-)

after taste, but healthy so I got used to it :-). I use it in everything including cooking and baking (baking - not instead of all the sugar, just of part of it). I love that my son can use it too unlike other sweeteners (healthy). I also got the NuNaturals one, which I prefer taste-wise.
