I would like to say that I have never found such a good value for money magnesium. I suffer badly from constipation because of my underactive thyroid. Within 2 days my constipation is a problem of the past. Thankyou iHerb

Purchased at iHerb

I have been taking this product for about two months. I find it very kind to my sensitive digestive system. I can take it first thing in a morning on an empty stomach without any ill effects. It contains all the nutrients I need to stay healthy on a very low income. I am very glad this site was recommended to me.
