Although I hate all the overkill with preparing this tea as if we're all Japanese with plenty of time on our hands, it tasted good and strong on my first tryouts, so I decided to buy one can for my wife and me. I won't spend time with bamboo whisker etc since I want to endulge in the taste and not in the procedure, so I used simple shaker to do the mixing, made a regular coffee cup and tea was great, So I'd recommend it to anyone who likes green tea and a strong taste. Of course, if it's too strong, simply add more water or use less tea... 8-)

Good, fresh, quite strong jasmin scent, just as I like it. In local stores it is much more expensive and looks pale/old, so this one is a great afternoon/evening delight for wife and me.

I've been using Oh-Yea and other products of this type after my gym trainings for a year and always liked chunky feeling I had with them because they had pieces of peanuts, chocolate, almonds, or something else as a flavour enhancers. This one is sort of bland because it looks as if it finelly grained chocolade held together by a chocolate layer on top and has no discernible taste besides nice hint of mint. Of course, there are no chunks of anything in this one since there are other products that contain them, so my "complain" is more a matter of habbit but I'd like this one to have a bit of chunkiness as well... On the good side, it is not too sweet like the ones I've been using, so it is easier to eat it right after the exercise and not feel the sugar rush straight to your head, which would probably make it better for more people.

No pain or burning in stomach, no problems of any kind except one - it's kinda hard to swallow since the pill is a bit "sharp" on the edges, thanks to it's shape, so you have to take a large sip of liquid to swallow it. Other than that, works good.
