Haven't tried it yet, but it is one of the few with little additives in their capsules. Why do so many of the supplements carry unnecessary and unhealthy fillers.

I originally ordered the 200mg to start but now have reduced to the 100mg which is suppose to be a better dosage for maintenance.

I really like this product even though it's a bit runny. The only problem for me is it causes skin irritations because it is quite strong and pure - sad my skin can't use it all the time. Still a lovely product.

I have had both the capsules and the powder. Much prefer the powder because it doesn't have additives like the capsules. I just mix with a little water and drink it down. Palatable enough.
