I wouldn't really say these have a "crunch" but they're a nice flavour and definitely fit all my macros.

I use this on toast, rice cakes, even to make chicken satay! Tastes (NEARLY) as good as the real deal (c'mon, the real deal tastes better cause of all the fat haha!) but sooo much healthier! Definitely gonna buy the big bag next time.

I love PB2 and liked this one too, but it did have a bit of a funny after-taste for me.
