The protein complex may be effective, but the taste makes it all go away! You think you're drinking something that is harming you! Almost throwing up those shakes!

Atende às minhas necessidades quando em dieta para ganho de massa, visto que não se pode comer de tudo e fica difícil ingerir todos os nutrientes necessários à manutenção fisiológica corpórea.

Taste 7/10 and benefit 10/10. To me, it only loses point on taste. The liquid is not able to mask effectively the 'seed' taste.
