I got this because I wanted a little boost in my energy for my work outs. So I took, worked out, and stopped half way (30ish minutes) because I felt like my heart was going to explode. I only took it once and it took me at least three days to sleep normally again. I will say that I am hyper sensitive to medications and supplements, but I definitely didn't expect to feel as awful as I did. It really didn't do anything good for me at all.

Never going back to tampons or pads!

I am extremely surprised at how easy, effective and hygienic this product is. I've never used a product like it so initially I was nervous but it's very easy to insert, and is so comfortable that I was never aware of it when in use. It actually felt like I skipped my period all together. I've never felt better protect or clean during that "time of the month". I will never ever ever go back to pads or tampons again! I'm totally stoked about how much money I'll save not having to buy that stuff either!

I'm a huge fan of this bar. I love coconut so this is right up my alley. These taste like coconut macaroons! I keep mine in the fridge to keep it a little hard; some people complain about the softness.

I'm very pleased with this product. I use it every morning and night. It's helped with my hyper pigmentation and the healing process of any blemishes I've had. I use it on my stretch marks and can almost feel it tingle! it leave my skin supple and dewy which I love! I will be a lifetime user for sure!
