I've been in a plateau for a while and I've tried other products before this, but none work and at best the effects are minimal. With this product, other people's claim of peeing all day are not apparent to me as I drink lots of water and pee more anyways. But with this product I felt the peeing was more regula. From 92 I am down 89kg as of today. It curbs my appetite and I don't feel hungry. And I was taking it irregularly now at half the dose. With my diet getting back on track the occassional rise in weight disappears, and my goal of gradual weight loss is being fulfilled. I like this product, it works but you won't feel the physical aspect of it No jittery feeling, no nothing, just weight loss for me.

I usually use this before lunch as it has the highest concentration of calories for my meals. I think it helps me feel satiated and not go on a carb crash after lunch. I use 2 a day so the weight loss effect is not that much but I like the fact that with the use of these I am not really gaining weight even if I binge. Might be placebo but I felt that it helps prevent the crash after eating too much carbs.

Well, the premise is that when you take CLA, it keeps the fat tissues from storing up. I think that it helps. When I started taking this, I haven't went up the scales so bad that I can't get it down. Usually when I go back up 1 kg, it's a case of too-much-food-in-the-stomach. One phenomenal bathroom break and it's all gone, I'm back to my size. I've been improving since I took this. Before I can't keep up with my goal of losing 1kg per week, but with this I am gradually catching up with my goal.

It's better that it's black, although the salty XTend tends to leave white marks on the black top. Still the same though, blender ball is golden. I really like this product.

I can clearly taste the white chocolate on this one. Very sweet, and can be a good compliment to the dark chocolate one. Really tastes great.

For a time-release protein mix, this is cheap and quite effective. The flavor is good too, really tastes like Fudge brownie. A little chalky, but I since have gotten used to it.

Basic post-workout drink that still works

I've began going to the gym for a week before I got this post-workout supplement, so I know the feeling of waking up in the morning feeling all sore and stuff from yesterday's training (I train in the afternoon-evening timeframe). From the first day of using this, the sore feeling is gone. I feel like I recover much faster, and I can feel the gains but not much. Comparing it with the more recent product "Torrent", people say that Torrent is a more up-to-date formula but LAVA still covers the basics. Well, I can say that what they say are true, this still works. I'll be trying Torrent once I empty this one to test it too.

I've taken psyllium husks before, but the powder form is even better. The mix-ability is solid, it doesn't bulk up on top so it's much easier to drink if mixed with liquid. It's even better with the blender bottle, a few shakes and it's all mixed up. Much better bowel movements too. I don't eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (taste preference, I just can't take them) that's why I take fiber supplements.

This product is really a wire whisk in a bottle. I use it for my supplement shakes and for cooking omelettes. Really great, the blender ball really helps mixing up everything.

This is a great product. My father uses this with me since the fish oil he bought are not enteric coated, so he gets stomach upsets and fish refluxes with it. With this product, no fish burps at all.

This thing is the best peanut butter mix I've ever had, along with the white chocolate variety. This one's not too sweet and have a very deep chocolate flavor. The peanut is still strong but I felt the mix was just right, and this and the white chocolate variety one really compliments each other and you can use it together and it feels just right.
