Silica has been shown to help produce collagen in your skin. After about 2 weeks of use, I noticed my skin start to smooth out and feel more tight. I add it to my water once a day and have purchased it twice and will continue to buy it.

These are the best probiotics I have used. They are Raw and iherb ships them on ice. I order these over and over again. They really help bloating and digestion as well.

This is pure hyaluronic acid. Instead of purchasing a product with just a little active ingredient-I buy this which is the active ingredient itself. Put it on damp skin and it will lock it moisture for the whole day. Apply it under your regular mositurizer for maximum benefits.

This spirulina is shipped fresh and tastes completely pure. I mix into my drink in the morning as soon as I wake up. It starts my day off on the right foot and keeps me feeling energetic.

This gel is hyaluronic acid in a gel that works with the fluids you drink to increase moisture in your skin. I notice that it makes my skin very soft and it feels great when I wake up. I love the price, but not the packaging. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead 5. It is in a jar with no applicator and it can get messy. Otherwise, the product works well.
