So I was in our local health food store and was looking for something for after-workout recovery. Lo and behold, the person who helped me pick this out had recommended it to my grandparents, who were dancers. They wanted their legs to not hurt as much after their once or twice weekly exercise dance sessions. So it was also recommended to be, a person just starting to get into fitness. I don't know if it's Dumbo's feather or not (placebo effect or not, in other words) but when my performance was unusually subpar after I stopped taking this. I could without issue work myself to the max every day I took it. Without it, I hurt a lot more. As I learnt soon after Reload helps with lactic acid build up which causes soreness. It tastes pretty good, not as sweet as the artificial ones out there. But, that is because it is sweetened with all natural stevia. I can deal with the taste because I like the fact that it is all natural. Don't get me wrong it does not taste bad, it just does not taste as flavored as the artificial kinds. Overall, it is a great product that helps with muscle recovery after a workout. So I'm glad to see it on iHerb so I'll have it at my door every two months! (I only use half the powder, as a 5-foot, 140lb, once-daily running about 2 miles.).*****************************ALSO I recommend you to give a try to SCIVATION XTEND: ( http://iherb.com/p/38551?rcode=vdk000 )

The healthier ones

These are a healthier version of Craisins, and to my mind much better tasting. They are super moist and slightly less sweet. Eden adds no refined sugar; instead, these cranberries are sweetened with organic apple juice concentrate. (Don't allow yourself to think that they are "sugar-free," however. The juice concentrate is still a strong source of natural sugars, which for a 1/3 cup serving of cranberries total 25 grams.) All that being said, if you are looking for a healthier, moist, good-tasting dried cranberry (and organic, to boot,) this is it.*****************************ALSO I recommend you to give a try to WILD BERRY MIX: ( http://iherb.com/p/10696?rcode=vdk000 )
