I thought I'd need more than 1 stick to smudge my apartment but 1 was more that suffiient and I still have about 1/3 of it. I believe it has worked to clear out the negative energies :)

My cat is a picky eater but she sure loves this! I usually give this to her either in the morning post breakfast or in the evenings if I missed out on this on mornings when I'm rushing. It's become a nice treat and she'll come running for it :)

i use this to wake myself up in the mornings before going to work. i love the scent and all you need is a small squirt of soap to lather up. leaves you feeling very fresh and clean!

You can always trust yogi teas to produce great teas with different benefits. I'm not sure if tis realy reduced stress for me but it works well as a nice soothing drink to wind down the day.
