I like these capsules. I tried taking 3 capsules like some wrote in their reviews and also tried taking less. I have read research papers that stated better results were sometimes achieved when reducing the does rather than increasing. For example if one capsule doesn't induce sleep and taking three capsule doesn't help then perhaps try taking half the capsule (open it up and add half of it to a drink) or get a lower does one. For me taking one capsule is better than taking 3 because I get the same results. I'm planing on buying 1mg capsules next time.

I love the taste, it is great. Also leaves my teeth very smooth even after a whole day.

Cleans bake-on grease very well. Was used successfully to deep clean a newly gotten apartment and was able to make a 20+ year old fridge look white again. Has a distinct smell that isn't pleasant but not strong.

A nice lip balm although a bit hard.
