This is a fantastic product. I use it in place of regular flour for lots of recipes. I use it for pancakes, cakes and frying. Love this product!

I have used this product several times. I like it's ease of use. It is a good product for use in thickening a sauce or to use as a starch.

I used this product for cooking purposes. The only thing that I would change is to make it bigger. I only used it for 3 recipes and it was all gone. This makes a good substitute for coconut oil and is good for use with pastries.
