After trying many natural remedies for my headaches, I have been able to settle on ginger. I went from over the counter migraine pills to just ginger! If I feel a headache coming on I take two capsules and it works every time. It seems that ginger can also help control mood swings and even out temperament. After two bottles I can say that this is true for me also.

I am used to Now brand 12 oz. in a glass jar. This product by Jarrow is like it says on the label: Ideal for Cooking. I use coconut oil for everything from face and skin moisturizer to homemade toothpaste. The consistency of the Jarrow oil is not what I like for skin care and it has no odor at all. I saved money but will be storing the other unopened canister in my food storage for an emergency.

The flavor is mildly coconut and the texture and consistency is fine. I use it for everything: cooking, baking, skin moisturizer and straight from the jar with a spoon as part of my healthy supplements.I prefer the glass jar over plastic and use the little glass jars again.

Light consistency but you do not need to use much. Lovely herbal scent. Detangles long hair sufficiently. I love it and buy two bottles at a time.

This works for Reynaud's Syndrome

I have numbness in my finger, toes and feet. It is known as Reynaud's Syndrome. This is the first herb that has had any effect on this, and I now seem to have better circulation to my feet but definitely to my fingers. I noticed the effect after two days although the instructions say to give it much more time. I started with one, but am now taking two in the morning and two at night. Also I have become very comfortable with the purity of Oregon's Wild Harvest and now check first to see if they make anything I am might be re-ordering.

Superior quality with no harmful chemicals or additives. Rich and thick. I wash my hair at bedtime and the fragrance is like aroma therapy to go to sleep by. Love it.

Like the mint, too, but the cinnamon tingles around the gums and feels really clean. Have been using Now gel toothpaste for almost a year a now. Luxury without the chemicals. A really fine product.

I ordered this when it was on sale and was not liking the fragrance, but it is excellent quality. Rich in that you don't need to use much. Makes my aging, fine hair manageable and fragrance doesn't linger. I am thinking about buying it again maybe in a different smell.
