too much

I find 50mg way too much for one pill. when I was taking it I noticed that after 1-2 hours I hot headache and nausea, and eventually realized that it is from the overdose of zinc! now I have been cutting pills to 4, only then you get your daily value good. but for this price, good amount, will probably use it for years.

not only it did not help, every time I try to apply it again, I just break out even more! smell is nice, also texture, but does not help with acne or pimples at all! now i can only use it on my nose area, for a day helps to clean black spots, but also only for 1 day.

Did not help at all! Smell is also awful, besides you need to be careful if wearing silver rings - if soap gets on them, they will turn black! Will not purchase again.
