yumm yumm yumm!!! great hit with the family. i eat it straight out of the jar, on raisin toast and plain toast.

every mouthful reminds me of a tropical island! just delicious. will definately by it again. recommend it to anyone that loves coconut. great in desserts, on toast i even put a dollop when i fry and roast potatoes. i tried in rice!! total bliss!

it wasn't popular with the family as it is too dry in the mouth to eat by itself. it's nicer with jam, honey and even treacle.
