I travel/ trek a lot so take always some type of Echinacea product along with me as it is a sure remedy for colds/ flus / sore throats. This product works well and has impressed my flu/cold suffering friends too.

I have been using various turmeric products for psorasis on my foot. Turmeric seems to be helping as the condition is much improved (about80% gone. I am also adjusting my diet quite dramatically too:)

I am having digestive problems so chose this product over other probiotics. My only complaint is the capsules casings are made from animal gelatine. Even though I am mostly vegan I chose this over other products though.
