Okay

Not as sweet as KAL stevia extract that I'm used too, and the taste isn't as good either, but it's okay for the price.

I didn't really like the taste - even though I have tasted worse. I love that it's a natural and (hopefully) healthy product, though.

I haven't tried this one yet, but hopefully it works great to melt and mix with sweeteners etc.

The taste wasn't as good as espected, so in a way I kind of regret buying this. It is expensive too. But hopefully it's healthy. It is also okay for a home-made mulled wine mixed with apple squash and various spices.

I haven't tried this one yet, but I love that it's sprouted and I'm looking forward to trying it soon.

Compared to garbanzo bean flour, this one is quite good in taste. I haven't used it for too long yet, but so far, so good.

Tastes like banana. A little hard to chew

Posted on Sep 30, 2012

Purchased at iHerb

This tastes a lot like banana. It is also a little hard to chew, and maybe a little hard for my stomach, but I love that it is raw, orcanic and a healthy energy bar. This one is okay, but I think I would like to try another one next time.

Great for raw foods, but not so much baking

This is the first coconut-flour I've tried, so I don't have much to compare to. I think it taste quite a lot of coconut - a little too mch to be used in a lot of recipes. I also think it is very dry. I really, really like the fact that this is raw and orcanic, though, so I think this one is great for smoothies and for use in raw foods, but for baking, I think I might want to try another one next time.

I haven't really read thing as closely

...But from what I can remember it was okay. If you don't know much about superfoods, it might help you to learn something, but then again, you might find even better information other places, as well. To be honest I think I have lost mine and I can't really remember that much what it said, but I'm sure it's an overall okay guide - at least for being free (for a single unit).

Awful taste.

I really like that this is healthy and good for you, but the taste is just too awful for me. Maybe you could get used to it, but I think I would prefer to get my greens in a more tasteful kind of way.

I don't like the taste

The taste is rather strong and I don't really like it, so I think I'll be buying other types of flours from now on. I like that it is (hopefully) healthy though.
