I've been taking 2 a day along with vitamin C, fish oil, and another supplement to support my adrenals. The iodine has made the difference, though - I'm waking up awake! And yes, it IS good for lowering blood sugar, for fibrocystic breast disease, and ovarian cysts.

If you want your hair squeaky clean, this is the shampoo for you. The shampoo itself makes very little lather and cleans gently. It has a nice scent that ends up subtle when your hair is dry. The ingredients are the best - make sure and get the conditioner, too!

This is my go-to ointment for muscle pain. It doesn't sting or burn, has no odor, and works right away! I can't explain the homeopathy, but the results speak for themselves. Get a sample, you'll soon buy the tube!

I noticed a difference within 2 days of starting, but best results were obtained by taking it twice a day, 2 caps at a time. The problem came back when I ran out of this supplements. An excellent product, I wish it weren't so pricey, though!

My daughter is notorious for poor sleep. She complained to me recently that she couldn't sleep and she tried some Tranquil Sleep tablets that I received as an iherb sample. She liked the flavor (she is PICKY) and told me the next morning that she had slept well. FINALLY! I will be ordering this!
