Really Raw Honey, Never Barreled, Heated or Strained, 1 lb (453 g)

Unheated, unstrained really raw honey- this is the real deal. Most of the "raw honey" out there has been heated, or they cheat by feeding the bees some form of cheap sugar, like high-fructose corn syrup. You can really tell the difference with this one though. This has a very thick, sugary consistency, whereas many other raw brands with be a lot smoother. The honeycomb pieces rise to the top so you can eat your way through it (about 1 inch) to get to the honey. This is an impressive product and is the only raw honey I know of that I would eat. Honey is still sugar no matter how you cut it, but this product is at least packed with enzymes and antioxidants and best of all is really raw and tastes way better than the other raw honey brands I've tried. So if you're looking for raw honey, this is the one to buy.

The good news is there's a no-carbohydrate variety. However, this product contains 1 gm of maltodextrin per serving. Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate with one of the highest glycemic values of any food - 137! I will no longer purchase this product because I use more than one serving when I use it, which means a greater spike in glucose and insulin levels. Because the GI value is so high, this causes the same effect as eating any other sugar-laden food. How ironic is this, but unfortunately it's very true. Go for the no-carbohydrate variety.

If you like chocolate, this is a great product. You can add this to things like ground flax seed and protein powder, and sweeten with berries and/or stevia and you have the ultimate nutritional chocolate thing. And I believe the cacao hype too- there probably is some sort of nutritive cacao antioxidant phytochemical. Great chocolate, amazing price! iherb has done it again!

The other review caught my attention because I too have a bathroom cabinet full of about 10 other natural deodorants that didn't work. I'm so thankful that took their advice because they were right. This is one that actually works for me. Thank God I will not be tempted to use my aluminum deodorant. Sometimes it pays not to give up! Also, the Jasmine smells very nice.

It has too much sodium! If you use it a few times a day, that amounts to a lot of additional sodium in the diet. Otherwise, this is a good deal for a quality protein that tastes pretty good. If you eat this plain though with very little water, you can taste the saltiness.

This brand far surpasses the Sunfoods brand, which is much more expensive. I really love these cacao nibs blended into various recipes. You have to do cacao nibs right in order to enjoy them, actually because by themselves, oh please, yeah right. I read somewhere that the benefits of cacao are multiplied or unleashed, if you will, when you heat it. Makes sense because that's how these bitter beans become "da bomb." One way is to heat up oat bran and add them, after being grinded in a coffee grinder, in with a sweetener (very, very important). I use NuNaturals pure stevia extract. Then you can add whatever else you like, e.g., protein powder or blueberries.

High source of complete protein. Tastes GREAT mixed in coffee or whatever. Add stevia. This does not have too much sugar whatsoever. However, big warning: Inulin causes gas in most people. The good news is your body gets used to it. Excellent product, excellent price. Iherb is the best!

This really works. Now, you're lips aren't going to look like you got injections or cosmetic surgery. But who wants that anyway. I am 100% certain I notice an increase in my upper and lower lips, and that makes it is much nicer than before. This is a good thing.

I think this oil tastes great. I use it for anything that could use a bit of oil dressing in place of olive oil or sunflower oil. The color adds to the appeal as well. It looks almost as green as pumpkin seed oil, but tastes even better...and has omega-3. I recommend you give this a try. I really love it!

This is a natural perfume and so it's not going to be all synthetic and chemically enhanced. But, that's what's so great about it. It's as God had created the vanilla, pure and natural and beautiful- and this perfume is heavenly when it dries down, don't last long, but while it does, it's simply wonderful! You'll love it.
