Pros: comprehensive multi; good price; once a day Cons: the taste! Beware, even if you hold your breath while swallowing this vitamin, it's so large that you can't help but taste it, and I'm telling you, it's gross.

Two years ago, when I was 24, I had very long, blonde, thick hair. Now I have still very long, however thin hair. I don't know if it's a hormone problem, genetics, or the stress of graduate school, but my hair is thinning. After two months of using this product, I haven't noticed any improvement with my hair. I only gave it three stars because my nails seem to be harder so there might be some component that works. Overall, I do not believe this is worth 20.00 a month, based on my own experience with it. It simply did not work for the intended purpose- hair loss!

This stuff actually works well and it smells fantastic...at the price of an excruciating sore. It doesn't give me a rash, but it sears the skin of my armpit. It burns for about twenty minutes and then just smells good for the rest of the time, and leaves a flaky red mark/sore. Works though.

And I'm not one to write negative reviews. But, please, do not waste your money. This stuff is high in cholesterol, and I think that's what I am tasting. As a lacto-ovo vegetarian, I am very grossed out by this product and find the taste disgusting and smell repulsive. Now, I've heard whey in general is made from sick cows. But in any case, I am disappointed, especially since I though I would like this based on the reviews so I bought two of them, which I will probably throw out.

Any phosphatidyl serine works. I know it helps me concentrate, and I think it helps my memory too. I find 200-300 mg/ day is best.

Beautiful, classy color. It's sort of a rich, shiny, darker shade, (but definitely not too dark). Not only does it last long, it stays looking nice and fresh for a long time. The best part is there is no synthetic chemical sensation as with virtually every other lipstick.

I love the One with Nature soaps. I try a different one every time I order from iherb, and this one really has a beautiful fragrance.

This is excellent wheat germ. If you research wheat germ, you will find it is a very healthy food to be eating.

3 stars only because I do sort of like the color and a change. This is my first time dying my hair. I had very long, very thick dishwasher blonde, golden hair, and wanted to go for a slightly lighter gold color. I read the review that said it turned her hair strawberry blonde, which I thought would be even cooler. Well... my hair is darker than it was for one... and my hair is totally red. It's a very dark strawberry blonde color. Needless to say, it is a huge change (lucky for me, I love change), and everyone at work is looking at me funny. No compliments. This caused my hair to completely lose its natural shine. It is very coarse now. I will never dye my hair again after this. It looks worse than before and feels much worse, but oh well, it will grow back. Until then, I am a ginger with long, red hair. Very deceptive advertising.
