Purchased at iHerb

We used it for baking a cake and it was delicious. It is pretty dense and has a delicate, sweet flavor.. a great alternative for other kinds of flour. It helps a lot if you add eggs to the mixture.

Works pretty well for me and my family for allergies. It has a thick consistency and the flavor is not bad, just odd.. but it is easy to get used to. Much easier for us to take than capsules.
