relaxes and calms

I don't know why this stuff works so well, but it does and I love it. A few droppers in a glass of water and the stress seems to melt away. Black Cohosh is good for menopausal women and this helps during that transition as well.

Taste just like sugar and not derived from corn

Posted on Sep 16, 2013

Purchased at iHerb

I love this product and it truly does taste just like sugar and is not derived from corn. I read some of the reivews and people are commenting that it's not finely ground and what I do is put some in a coffee grinder (one that I don't use for coffee) and Wha La, I have fine ground Xyla sugar. No biggy deal. Iam experimenting with making a peach cobbler and substituted Emerald Forest Xyla using the exact proportions to the sugar the recipe called for. We all know that we love "sugar" and yet it is just so not good for us and the cause of so many health issues including too much candida. So I say switch to XYLA and enjoy the sweet taste without the guilt.

Not just a cover up

Posted on Nov 17, 2013

Purchased at iHerb

I have used this product repeatedly to dry up and cover skin imperfections. Discovered how well it works on natty, crusty patches on my arms and back. Dries them up completely and skin is smoothe after use. I love this stuff.

soothing and cooling

Posted on Jun 19, 2012

I recently had a bout with shingles and the itch was so bad I thought I'd scratch myself silly. Someone recommended corn starch and then I remembered I had this powder which has corn starch in it. It also has bicarbonate and bentonite. All good ingredients to soothe the shingles itch and help heal it. The bicarbonate cooled the itch and the corn starch and bentonite helped heal and dry up the blisters. I still have some scabs and am continuing to apply the powder and it is continuing to heal the spots. Can't imagine how soothing it would be on a diaper rash.

Real Banana

Posted on Sep 15, 2011

Purchased at iHerb

At first I wasn't sure about these bars because of their rather flat appearance and almost like a piece of green jerky.. but after one bite I was hooked as the banana flavor comes through very intently and the sesame seeds make for a nutty flavor along with the sweetness of the banana. They are chewy and delicious.I also like all the "Free" stuff - Gluten-Wheat, Nut Free and No Gmo's or trans fats. All sprouted and raw is good too. Yummy tasty snack that's good for you.

Seems to work and can use with confidence

At 65 I had cataract surgery and at my check up 1-1/2 year later my pressure was up from the trauma of it all, although not as high as after surgery. 10-20 is in the normal range and mine was 21 in the cataract eye and 25 in the other. Was told that eyes will try to sync up with one another for balanace, thus the increased pressure in the other eye. Gaia Coleus Forks was recommended by an natural eye care web sight for lowering pressure naturally. The drugs they prescribe have some unwanted side effects and it goes on and on. Based on the reviews, I decided to give it a try. The taste is nasty, but mixed with some water, if I chug it, I can get it down and then drink some juice. I know that it is helping. Have been taking 40 drops 3 x's a day for just 2 weeks and I'm already noticing a difference. Not getting that "achey" feeling behind my eyes. I thought I had a sinus headache from all the Arizona dryness until I went for my check up. The opthamologist didn't seem to be too concerned as he told me to come back in 6 months. Guess even people with low pressuce can have glaucoma. I'm certain I do not and that the eye trauma is the reason for the IOP. I will continue to take coleus forskohlii along with gingko for better circulation in the vessels in my eye and reduce the eye pressure until I go back in 6 months.

effective for ear pain

Posted on Feb 18, 2014

Purchased at iHerb

I was diagnosed with Tinnitus and initially given a steroid to mitigate the ear noise. I was told I had an inflamation in my inner ear and the drugs worked very quickly. Now I just chew a couple of these tablets if I have a problem and takes care of it quickly. Also had some tooth pain that was radiating up to my ear and taking 2 of these eliminated the problem.
