Hi, I am a freelance journalist, predominantly producing health features and treatment reviews and an author of four books, three of the self-help genre and one, Toxic Beauty, discussing the hazardous toxic chemicals used in everyday cosmetic and personal care products. I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and have found various useful products on Iherb. I honestly don't know where I'd be without Iherb since the product prices are so reasonable and enable me to purchase supplements I wouldn't have access to in the UK. I purchase most of my natural beauty products and snacks from Iherb as they seem to offer some good organic protein snacks that aren't ludicrously high in sugar and some great organic skincare lines. I I hope my Iherb reviews give you some insight into my thoughts about the products Iherb carry.

Does the job, I only need half a packet per drink and it's fairly natural. I wish there were more stevia products just containing stevia though rather than other fillers such as inulin and maltodextrin, still it's preferable for me to have this product with the inulin rather than the maltodextrin and I will continue to purchase :)

This are an acquired taste for sure, but I really like them. It's great that they have omega 3s and they are a convenient snack. Should be a bit less expensive though.

I like this. It gives me a headache, which I seem to get with other protein powders, but I think that's the chocolate flavoring. I do wish these natural brands would go the extra mile and not using flavorings because all flavorings are synthetic, but that said, I like the taste, it gives me extra energy and it's high in protein. Great for those who love to work out.

This tastes good (although could be a bit stronger), has less caffeine than coffee and gives an energy kick without giving you the shakes. I use it when I am trying to avoid drinking too much coffee and it's a bit different to regular tea. I like it.

This product is great in terms of not containing lots of toxic chemicals and it's a bonus that it contains xylitol. I use another toothpaste too, but I do find this one seems to work ok, where as in the past I have used natural toothpastes that did absolutely nothing. I would purchase it again. I prefer Urtekram's natural toothpaste though.

I like this gum, it has a lovely flavor and doesn't irritate my gums like some less natural chewing gums. It has no aspartame, but I wish it didn't have artificial flavorings so I knocked off a star!

I find this boosts my mood if I take it daily and it's said to help boost the circulation. I've stuck with this brand for ages as it's inexpensive and does the job.

I like this gum, it doesn't contain a myriad of toxic synthetic chemicals, the flavor isn't overpowering and xylitol is said to be good for gum health. I prefer this to Spry.

Garden of Life, RAW Probiotics, Women, 90 Veggie Caps

Another of the probiotics I don't mind too much. It doesn't cause massive bloating and Garden of Life is a good brand. The raw ones tend to cause me less stomach irritation so I'm happy with it overall.

Sustained energy and concentration

On the plus side I find that Super Nutrition products give me extra energy and help me concentrate better but they also make me feel sick and give me some stomach trouble so I don't feel they're the best choice for those with sensitive stomachs and illnesses such as chronic fatigue syndrome, probably due to being such a high dose. It's probably better to work up to a product like this. My boyfriend takes Super Nutrition vitamins and loves them though.
