My little grandson won't eat them again. Didn't like the taste and also the Gummy Bears are too firm.

This product works pretty well. I like it because it's not harsh on the colon and, per the instructions, can be taken daily.

This product does not help me to fall asleep. I take 4 pills and 3 or 4 hours later, I'm still awake and end up taking something else. I think I'll ask for a refund.
