I'm so glad I bought this product because it helps with hemorrhoids very effectively. I apply it after shower, morning and night, and it helps them shrink and soothes them. I also use it as a face moisturizer at night and it helps tighten pores. Though I love the smell of it, it is medicinal and probably not too pleasant for most people, so if you're going to use it on your face, use it at night. I highly recommend this product!

Zinc is important for the health of your teeth and gums, so if you have problems take zinc and vitamin C to help heal gums. Propolis is also good at healing irritated gums. Now Foods is inexpensive and this zinc is good quality.

I tried a couple sleep aids, but this is by far the best one. Other ones I've taken would still cause me to wake up at night, but this one helped me sleep through the night without waking up and I'd feel great in the morning.

By far the best peanut butter I've tasted. It's super creamy and has a slightly sweeter flavour than other peanut butters I have used. I go through one jar a week it seems! Peanut butter has a lot of antioxidants and is high in protein. Make sure you keep it refrigerated as peanut butter (especially natural) spoils quickly.

This is a good, inexpensive product. Vitamin D3 is important to take in winter and when feeling depressed (in which case I would recommend 10,000 IU a day).

This product is great if you're not getting enough greens. It's good quality and mixes well in juices. It helps with hunger and cravings, so if you have a sweet tooth, this might help.

Kiss My Face is not my favourite company and this toothpaste isn't either, but it was a nice change from the typical mint flavour found in most toothpastes. This one has a nice orange flavour to it. Good for kids, too!

This is a good shampoo but I t honk the 'energizing' aspect is just a gimmick. Still, it leaves my hair shiny, soft and manageable. It smells great, not natural-y (even though it is) so if you miss those regular shampoos but want something healthier, try it.

A nice thing to have just in case

I don't think I need to take products like this everyday, but when there is a problem with my stomach I like to have this on hand. In that case I would double or triple he dosage, especially if experiencing diarrhea. The great thing about these is that refrigeration is not required, but it's still good to keep them in there. Also, great to travel with, as each pill is individually sealed.

These goji berries are delicious, moist and healthy. They were a bit tricky to get out of the bag though. I probably won't be buying them again but it's a nice treat to try.
