水洗いしながらほぐします。　キッチンバサミで食べやすい長さに切って少しの間ノンオイルドレッシングに漬けます。　ノンオイルドレッシングとケルプヌードルすべてをサラダに混ぜて食べるととってもおいしいです。　開封するまで常温で保存出来て、調理に手間がまったくかからいので、常備しています。

冷凍のマンゴーチャンクを解凍する時にふりかけておくと、マンゴーの果汁でやわらかくなって、とってもおいしいです。　毎日少しずつ食べてもなかなか減りません。　体に変化は感じませんが、継続して摂取していこうと思います。
