I have purchased every brand of emu oil that iherb carries, and since I didn't notice any difference in quality in them, other than some have different color, I have found the Kalaya emu oil to be the best deal here, so I highly recommend it. I like to mix different essential oils, and while I used vegetable oils before like almond or grapeseed, after frequent use, my skin would start to break out. I was delighted to discover that emu oil is non-comedogenic, it doesn't clog pores, and so now I use emu oil instead of vegetable oils - and I have no more skin break outs.

I've been taking a couple of these gel capsules just about every morning for the past several months because I like the ingredients. I consider for the most part just gingko, gotu kola, bacopa, and omega 3 as ingredients that contribute to cognitive function, and the rest of them I think have greater value as adaptogens, so I take this supplement more for its immune system boosting value, in addition to other supplements for increased cognitive function - and I believe that this supplement is contributing to my general well-being, so I will keep on taking it. I used to have a bit of aches and pains and it seems to me that they this is one of the main products that has helped me to be rid of them.

This may be not all that different than other green bars coated with chocolate, but I tend to enjoy the chia seeds in it, and I much prefer the chocolate coated ones than the natural bar by the same company.

I am not in menopause yet, but sometimes I may feel hot during the day for half an hour, and then cold for half an hour, and again hot, which I suspect is due to hormonal changes, and when I take black cohosh, those hot / cold changes disappear and I feel normal. I also take it when I experience heart palpitations, together with motherwort, and sometimes I add vitex.

I don't know how much any supplements have helped me with weight loss - I have lost over 30 pounds gradually through regular fasting and making healthy food choices - eating mainly steamed vegetables, and generally avoiding fried food, processed food and carbohydrates, but I believe that this supplement is also helping me to maintain the weight that makes me feel good

I like to take Amazon Vitality in the morning and I like the way it makes me feel. I get a subtle boost in energy and I feel it increases my general sense of well-being. I pinched a nerve in my shoulder recently, and this supplement, together with N-Tense and N-Tense 2, seems to be helping me to go through the day, with less pain, while still feeling alert instead of drowsy.

I find this cream a bit too heavy to use on my face as a regular moisturizing cream, but I find it excellent to use occasionally on dry patches of skn and on the places where I may experience skin irritation.

At first I thought that this supplement is a bit expensive, but the price is somewhat cheaper than if these supplements were purchased separately - for example New Chapter's supplement for bones which has similar ingredients to bottle one of this package (including plant derived calcium), and strontium supplement (like Doctor's Best strontium), which should still be used in conjunction with calcium, but at a separate time. I have been using this product without any adverse effects as recommended - the capsules from the bottle with calcium supplement in the morning and the strontium capsules in the evening. The ingredients in this package have been proven to improve the bone density as well as to reduce cavities.

Recently I began to see "floaters" particularly when I'd spend all day working on the computer, and these drops seem to help to get rid of them. Also my eyes have been feeling dry, and while I imagine any eye drops could help with that, these ones work beautifully.

I use this to balance hormones together with black cohosh. I have found both helpful for mood swing, hot / cold temperature changes, and heart palpitations (I add motherwort for that one). They eliminate those symptoms and help me to feel normal again.
