I'm taking good care of myself and my body, it is obsession for me!! I have been training approximately 7 years at gym and last years have been doing also some crossfit training. (endurance, power- and weghtlighting, sprints..) I support natural bodybuilding and natural training without hormons, I see good diet can drive the same thing as hormones. I prefer superfoods and organic foods for healthy living. Also I'm using and searching natural products, which gives power for training etc. Been thinking of competing in classic/natural bodybuilding in some day. One of the most cost-effective fish oil product in iHerb. Omega 3 has many positive benefits including increasing insulin resistance and preventing depression. I'm trusting Now Foods fish oil products, as there is a risk of getting too much heavy metals from the capsules. I'm taking total 6-9 softgels during the day.

I love this Celtic Sea Salt. It gives good taste for meats and other foods. It contains approximately 80 different minerals and is lower in sodium than other processed salts. I drink approximately 1 liter of water with 3-5grams of Celtic sea salt daily. It cleans my body and reduces deficiencies of different important minerals. In first weeks I got headaches because of cleaning process, but it is only temporary. Sea salt water do not rise blood pleasure as processed salts, it only balances the preasere by lowering too high or rising too low preasures.

I like the idea to produce natural/organic hair styling products. This product has no parabens which rises the estrogen levels. There needs to be improvements before praising this product. I know that it is hard to produce natural hair wax products which are strong enought to keep your look.

Since I heard that flouride have been used in rat poisons, I stopped to use flouride toothpaste. I found the very best product in whole iHerb and have been using it for a year now. The toothpaste is natural and doesn't taste bad. My teeth are healthy and clean. Thank you again Now foods!!

I found out the harmfulnesses of synthetic vitamins (except vitamin D). I started to use freeze dried vitamin C powder instead of synthetic L-ascorbic acid. This is the one of two natural C vitamin powders I use almost everyday! I feel much better, more energetic and haven't been sick for a long long time! Taste is good and crisp. It mixes up with water reasonably.

This is one of the best cost effective organic chlorella powder! You cannot get much better value for your money. Taste is not bad, it is mild and kinda good. I take Now Foods organic chlorella powder twice a day 4 grams totally, with organic spirulina, maca and raw cacao powders mixed with water and squeezed lemon. The drink tastes really good, giving me energy for the day and training!

This Now Foods magnesium contains 3 different forms of mangesium, which are excellent. For example Magnesium Citrate has high absorption and Magnesium Aspartate boosts natural testosterone levels! Overall magnesium is one of most important minerals. I'm usually taking 1-2 capsules with water before going to sleep and always removing gelating for better absorption. It helps me recovering from hard training and protects the nervous system.

Another great garlic product from Now foods. This is even better because I doesn't get garlic burps with it. Garlic has many benefits of supporting human's health, for example fighting for cancers. I take these garlic softgels with whey protein drink.

I found out that Methylsulfonylmethane is one of the best forms of MSM powder. Have been taking it for kee irritation, since doctors didn't find anything from magnetic resonance imaging. The knee is much better now and I have found some other benefits as well. Excellent quality MSM with low price!

Copper is important mineral and especially then, when your zinc intake is high. Copper levels keeps dropping down if you take too much zinc. I noticed the side effects because of low copper levels, for example muscle weaknesses. I bought immediately Source Naturals copper and got balance within a week.

This is the lowest price I have ever seen for Omega-3 fish oil capsules. I can smell fish from capsules, but I don't think it is negative thing. Cholesterol free and no harmful levels of heavy metals.. I take 2-3 capsules 2-3 times a day, I feel the difference. Even when it is autumn I don't get depressed when it is rainy and dark.

This product is one of my favorite products in whole iherb. I have been using freeze dried vitamin C powder instead of synthetic L-ascorbic acid and I can feel the diffrence! This particular product is high in vitamin C containing different fruits! Belongs to superfoods, Madre Labs has high quality natural products! Taking approzimately 3grams twice a day.
