お味噌汁にたくさん入れると、とろみが出ておいしいです。やや苦味があるので、甘口の麦味噌がお勧め。ちなみに私が一番合うと思う具は、荒めに叩いた納豆。しかしチアシードとフラックスシードと玄米をミルにかけたようなものなので、自作出来るものだとは思います。ちなみに、グリーンスムージーには、合いません。

まずくはないですが、おいしいというレビューが多いのはどうかと思います。非常食としてならまだしも、これを普段に食べるというのはちょっと。。塩胡椒とミニフォーク付きなので、まさに何かあったときの非常食、ではないでしょうか。

Madre LabsやNavitasと比べて、これが一番おいしいような気がします。付属のスコップも使いやすい。 Madre Labsのスコップは非常に使いにくく、 Navitasにはそもそもついていません。ただ他のふたつと比べるとやや割高なので、どうしても安いほうを買ってしまいます。

ゴジベリー、カカオニブ、ゴールデンベリーをmixして、小腹が空いたときのおやつにしています。この3つのmixは甘み、苦味、酸味、すべてそろって最強です。

ココナッツの風味がけっこうあって、甘みはデーツだけのわりにけっこう甘いです。パンプキンシードのものも買いましたが、こちらの方がおいしいと思いました。

日本のよくあるコンソメと違いちょっとクセがあります。バター風味のような、カレー風味のような。どちらかというと好みではないので、なるべくうすーく使うようにしています。

ヘナ100％なので赤みが強いですが、そこは工夫するか、別にインディゴを使うと良いと思います。一回に40g使ったとして、9回分。かなりお得です。

ポテトサラダに使ってみたところ、ニンニクの味以外は何も感じず。｢何にでも使いやすい｣とするか｢入れても入れなくてもニンニクの味以外はあまり変わらない｣とするか、微妙なところです。
