Not a fan of the magnesium stearate in the ingredients plus I prefer japanese knotweed based supplements. There are cheaper versions of the product out there that work just as well.

I think this is more for people with methylation issues. I've read that a lot of people can see an energy boost by taking this but I didn't seem to see any benefit.
