I suffer from Pyroluria, which is a genetic condition which leads to the excretion of zinc and vitamin b6 from the body. An excellent product to ensure that all the B Vitamin's are covered. From blood tests I know this product is being absorbed because my folate and B12 levels were excellent. The price is very reasonable too.

I use this product as part of my Pyroluria treatment plan. It has particularly helped me with Candida overgrowth due to a deficiency of biotin caused by my Pyroluria. I tried all sorts of other products to try to get rid of Candida but only biotin worked and worked quickly (within a few days). Very happy with quality and price.

I have using this product for over a year now as part of my treatment plan for Pyroluria. I am very happy with the quality and price. The P5P is easily absorbed, as this nutrient is a key part of my regime. I tend to crash (tiredness/fatigue/brain fog) within 24 hours if I don't get my dose of P5P, so I know this product works and works well.

Very happy with this product. I use it as part of my Pyroluria treatment plan (Pyroluria is a genetic disease which causes anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog). Before I discovered I had Pyroluria I was barely living. This is one of the key supplements that has given me my life back. I have been taking this product for over a year

Great product and I like it is so cheap :) I've been though a few bottles now and the quality has always been excellent. I take this product as part of my treatment plan for Pyroluria (Pyroluria is a genetic disease that causes anxiety, depression, fatigue and brain fog). This product really helps with my energy levels.

Very happy with this product. I find the capsules are better absorbed than tablets and the amount of capsules keeps me going for a long time. Now Foods are one of my favorite brands. I take Vitamin C as part of my Pyroluria regime.

One of my favourite supplements - Vitamin D. I had a blood test to check my levels and they were very low, I started off taking a 1000iu product but it barely raised my levels of Vitamin D. This 5000iu product got my levels up to an excellent level. I vary between taking it every day and every second day. A bottle lasts me a long time and the price is very reasonable.

Much better to have the Vcaps for absorption, rather than the tablets. It's an excellent product for balancing out calcium intake. Very happy with the price and quality.

Have switched to this product recently and I can say I am very happy with it. Solgar is a quality brand. Particularly like it has the mixed tocopherols (the price is also good). I use it as part of my Pyroluria treatment protocol.

I suffer from Pyroluria and I don't absorb certain forms of zinc (including zinc picolinate). This form of zinc I absorb exceptionally well. I believe the Albion chelate which this product contains is the most highly absorbable form of zinc. I will be only be ordering this form of zinc from now on.
