I am so glad I found this soap.I feel so much cleaner after bathing with this soap.This soap has definitly done wonders with my dry skin. My scalp no longer itches and some of my adult acne has cleared up. I also like the smell of this soap, I dont smell like a chic when I go to work any more. Thanks to good ole pine tar.

I add this to my low sodium v8 juice,and I also put 1tbl. spoon of Carlson lemon flavor fish oil. Stir it all together and drink. NOW THAT'S A CHAMPIONS BREAKFEST.

I add two or three drops to my coffee or tea. It is a great alternative sweetner. TASTES GOOD TOO. I will order again.

I put two tbl. spoons in with a big glass of water and stir. Chug it as fast as possible.Dont nurse it or it will get pretty gross.The results are great and very predictable. I will be ordering more as soon as im done. iherb has great prices and fast shipping.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST FISH OIL OUT THERE. I mix 1 tbl. spoon in with my low sodium v8 vegy juice and BAM, im done. Gives my vegy juice a lemony twist. I highly recommend Carlson brand fish oil.
