I am one of those people with all the symptoms of hypothyroidism, including both parents treated for hypothyroidism. But when tested, I am normal. This has really helped me to feel so much more balanced. I only take two in the morning presently. It has been very effective.

This product really is very helpful in many areas. I sleep very soundly and wake up feeling refreshed. It tastes great. I am getting leaner, so I feel my workouts are more effective while using it than previously. I feel that it may be balancing my hormones. It is really well worth taking.

A friend told me about Sam-e, I had never heard of it. I have been overwhelmed with life events and was really struggling to keep mentally engaged in life. After two weeks of taking this I can honestly say that I feel happy and ready to deal with life. I will continue to take it. I wonder why I haven't heard of it before now. Seems like most people could benefit from this.
