I was paying twice as much for virtually the same product at my local store. Will keep using this. Has kept my gums healthy and free from gingivitis.

perfect help for sleep

I've tried many melatonin supplements, but the time released does the trick. I take 2 and most often sleep through the night for 7-8 hrs. or if I wake up I can easily fall back asleep.

This is an easy way to get a good dose of b vit's. I just put 2 tsp. in my orange juice every morning and that works. Keeps me from getting tired in the afternoons.
