This is a family favorite for everyone. It's easy to prepare. Leftovers, reheat easily. It's nutritious and very tasty. Depending on our mood, we add fruit, brown sugar, milk, a little maple syrup... the possibilities are endless.

Our family loves this healthy and easy-to-make cereal. I always make extra on the mornings we have it and then I have some to mix in with our 7-month old's fruits and veggies. Our 11-year old likes it with maple syrup and fresh berries.

Yummy and great for something quick and easy that's also healthy. My kids find them too spicy... which means I don't find that they've mysteriously disappeared when I go to the pantry!

I've used this multi for about a year and like it very much. The combination of ingredients is a good match for my menopausal system. They are a bit large, but I find them fairly easy to get down.

This is one of the richest moisturizers I've ever used. It feels great going on, doesn't stay greasy on the skin, and makes an immediate difference. It has a slightly unusual smell, but that fades almost immediately. We live in a desert climate and as menopause has set in I've struggled to find anything that will moisturize well - this is at the top of my list for non-facial moisture.

Lovely scent. Moisturizes without leaving a greasy feeling. Nice to use at bedtime because of the lavender.
