A very good, wide ranging stable probiotic that is safe for those of us with multiple allergies. 2 caps per day is often sufficient. Stored in fridge for extra safety. No adverse reactions noted after several weeks of use. Helps with digestion and food absorption.

Great supplement, about 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon with a little water after meal is very effective as an aid to digestion. A pinch added to the coffee liner helps cut down on acidity. Excellent value.

Lovely cocoa tasting herbal tea, great for home-made chai teas of all kinds. Mixes well with other Yogi teas such as Indian Spice, goes well with vanilla soy milk, etc.

Great for baking, very good texture and flavor, arrived very fresh, love the fact that it's organic and it's reduced fat. This is the only shredded coconut product we use.

And the best. Ideal for fine hair: weightless, non-sticky, non-greasy, helps with hair shine, conditions beautifully, helps with frizzy ends, etc. Have been purchasing this product for years. Spritz on clean, damp, shampooed hair, comb through and style. Unbeatable.

Safe for sensitive skin on legs and arms. A little too heavy for the face - may cause breakouts. Good moisturizer for dry skin. Good for relief during hot summer months.

This product was ordered after trying the 7 caps sample which was very kindly offered by iherb. Works in synergy with the digestive system's beneficial bacteria. No adverse reaction noted after several weeks of use at 1 cap per day. No great difference in skin quality or hair growth, however.

Tea tree oil is a great ingredient in all skin and hair care - this shampoo helps clean the scalp very well and helps with dry and/or flakey conditions.
