Go ahead and compare it to any other supplement out there. It wins, hands down. Plus, you will feel great. And you can feel good about the fact that the protein source (hemp) is sustainable, even if you're not committed to complete veganism. I'd give it five stars, but it is expensive and the taste does take a bit of getting used to. Add a splash of OJ to the water and it improves considerably. I've been drinking it for breakfast for nine months and feel terrific.
