I have consumed for a week according to its instructions - I felt energetic and have very good bowel movement! I also feed this to my 14mo baby because this seed has high Omega 3!

I heard from friend that calendula cream is helpful for mild eczema, so I bought this and applied to the mild redness area of my baby's face which wouldn't gone for long. After few applications, it is gone!
