Not sure if it's been working or not but defeintly don't take on empty stomach causes upset stomach and diarrhea, I didn't read before I bought, I didn't know it was tablets which I don't like.

This is the best natural toothpaste I've tried but still don't think it's best for me, I may have to just give up on natural toothpaste or try natural toothpaste with fluoride.
