They work, because when I dont take them, my head hurts. I had a car accident 3 years ago and one doctor recommended I take CoQ10. I had whiplash, with no real help for the pain in my head.

Take these every morning. I have researched that Krill is a step up above fish oil. I like the NOW products. The have taken out all the unnecessary ingredients we dont need.

So far so good...............will get my vit D levels checked in the spring to determine if I am taking enough and if my levels have increased.
