I am taking one-and-a-half teaspoons daily. Iam getting Omega 3. I cannot tell if it is working but it can't hurt and I feel fine. I will not stop taking it. Betsy

Multivitamin with low D content

My husband is participating in a Vitamin D reseearch project. He therefore cannot take a multivitamin with the Vitamin D content contained in most multivitamins. Nutricology is perfect for his requirements as it contains only 100 IU. Glad it is available. Betsy

Calcium had an effect on me opposite of of what is usually expected. Instead of making me drowsy I would become jazzed. So I stopped taking calcium. Then I discovered Jarrow's Bone. No problems.

My sinuses have been stopped up, particularly at night. I use the dropper that comes with the bottle. I spray it up each nostril. The relief is almost immediate. My naturopath says that I can use up to 10 drops if necessary

Xlear keeps my nasal mucus membranes lubricated. The Xylitol makes it more effective than any other nasal spray I have used.

This is my first container. I believe that it is helping me put on weight (yes. I am too thin) I also believe that I am getting healthy ingredients into my system. No overnight miracles but I am definitely going to continue using this product.

I have been using this supplement forever and it is supposed to help my connective tissues and lungs. I think it does. I have had a lung problem but it has not advanced. So I continue with MSM.
