I'm using this in my raw chocolate. Makes it a little bit more creamy, and gives it a mild taste. A must have in my chocolate! :-)

Works great as sweetner. I'm using it in my chocolate. Only bad thing is that it was all this hard pieces in the one i bought. I don't know if it's supposed to be that, but I don't think so.
