This was amazing for my 92 year old father. He needed constant naps, but now is alert all day.

Now Foods, Vitamin D-3, 2000 IU, 120 Softgels
Great value, good dosage

This oil-based formulation of D3 is absorbed far better than a dry formulation. 2000 IU is a good daily dose for most people, but ideally you should get your 25-OH-D3 level measured. I shoot for 50 ng/ml.
