My 16 year old daughter has suffered from anxiety/panic attacks for the last three years, especially in school while around her peers, because of her Asperger's Syndrome. Since starting 5-HTP almost a year ago, along with a few other supplements, the anxiety lessened considerably. She'd been on anti-anxiety meds, anti-depressants, etc. in the past, always with great side effects, if they even helped at all. She's been on different brands of 5-HTP, and they've all helped to a great degree, but since starting on the Natrol Time Release, she says she notices even less anxiety throughout her school day. 5-HTP has also helped ME a great deal with my recurring migraines. This is the greatest stuff ever invented! My 16-year old daughter was diagnosed with ADD in 2003, and the third med. we tried at that time was Adderall XR. It worked wonders for her focus and concentration with school for five years, but she had side effects that I decided were not worth the straight A's. She couldn't sleep at night, she had very little appetite, and her heart was racing out of her chest. I finally said enough was enough, and between my mother and myself doing research over this past summer, we found Attend. I figured it was worth a try, and since school started this fall, she's had nothing but A's (She has a 3.84 weighted GPA.), she's calmer, she has a healthy appetite, and she sleeps like a baby. I tell everyone I can about this product. If more people knew about it, psychiatrists would have a lot less prescriptions to write, besides losing a lot of patients! I'm extremely happy with Attend, and my daughter is too!

My daughter was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome in April of 2008, and she had been displaying a LOT of anxiety, especially when it came to school. She had been on prescription drug after prescription drug, which either did nothing for her at all or gave her bad side effects. A woman I know who's son also has Asperger's suggested I try this product, as most kids on the Autism Spectrum are low on magnesium. I started her on the Natural Calm Magnesium, along with 5-HTP, which mimics Zoloft, Lexapro, etc. by concentrating on the serotonin levels in her brain, and she's MUCH calmer and hasn't had a full blown panic attact since starting these products over the summer. I'll never put her on prescription drugs again. The natural supplements work just as well, if not better, without the possible terrible side effects!
