I wanted to get Flaxseed Oil into my diet and I prefer liquid over pills. This is a great product, but the flavor is awful! I take about a tablespoon every other day and I feel a difference in a variety of areas. Other than the awful taste, I'll stick with it for the overall benefit of having flaxseed oil in my diet.

I really like the Naturally Fresh Deoderant Spray Mist product. I think I'll try the roll-on next time, as the Pump Spray often times gets stuck and it can be a little drippy needing time to dry. Overall, I am very pleased and will continue to use this product. The Summer Months will be the true test!

I love the Dr. Woods Pure Peppermint Castile Soap. I use it in the Shower. The scent is so energizing and refreshing. The consistency of the product is somewhat watery ~ I thought it would be a little thicker, but it's great! I have not used the product for any of the many other uses, but it's nice to know it has multi-use ability.
