These are not actual chewing sticks; they are glorified toothpicks. Toothpicks are good too but you can get them anywhere, and the fact that they're infused with tea tree oil does not impress me - there are other ways to kill or remove germs (xylitol mouth wash comes to mind) and excessive use of tea tree oil simply leads to germs that are resistant to that antibiotic. I'm glad I only bought the 1-pack instead of the 2-pack one

In response to the reviewer from Japan who got an infection from this: This can happen but only in severely immuno-compromised individuals. This isn't a normal reaction at all - seek medical help if you haven't already

Yucky, Clumpy, Mostly Pointless

This stuff was very clumpy and hard to dissolve in addition to having such a bad taste I ended up throwing half of it away after spending days of struggling to take it. I bought this stuff a long time ago. I know better now - the irony is I wasted my money since I was borderline protein deficient so buying a protein powder supp. would have been just as good. I could have also bought more micronutrients that help build collagen and/or make you look better (i.e. 5,000mcg biotin, bio-available silicon... but not vitamin C unless eating lots of carbs since our body's uric acid does the same thing)... and of course to protect your collagen not eating evolutionary excessive amounts of carbs/PUFAs that cause A.G.E.s that damage collagen, nor eating too many neolithic foods & fixing an omega-6:3 imbalance with some intermitten fasting thrown in to get rid of the junk proteins in your cells (in other words, following a paleolithic diet) also protects your collagen.

Excellent Taste

This dissolves well and is inexpensive, but most of all, it's the tastiest whey protein I've ever had. This is the only protein supplement I'd be willing to offer to a guest as a normal, tasty chocolate beverage, and they'd probably have no idea they're drinking a protein supplement/health product. It even has pure cacao flakes mixed in with the powder! Talk about artisanal whey...

Good, but... ahhh! DEJA-VU!

This stuff is great but I'm not sure if the improvements were really that significant for me - then again this might have been because I'm young and probably not nutrient-deficient... If you want/have to stop using it be careful; my brain got a little lazy it seems, being used to having all the ready available nutrients to make acetylcholine that when I stopped I had strange, but not very serious, deja-vu problems; looking at the cover of a book I had recently purchase made me feel in my mind as if I'd owned that book forever, despite knowing it was a new book and it seems my brain would put some short-term/recent memories in the more distant past when I was readjusting to life without this supplement (I quit because I was cutting down on supps. and I realized this stuff is better for older people who may seriously need it, not for university-aged younguns like me)
