This was recommended to my by a Poliquin Personal Trainer as an antioxidant amino acid to assist with recovery. But I love it for its sweetness! And it won't affect my insulin levels. The perfect accompaniment to a greens smoothie

Curb bingeing!!

This is, personally, a life saving supplement. Recommended by a Poliquin Personal Trainer to reset my neurotransmitters in times of stress-induced carb cravings, I have been amazed to say that IT WORKS!! I have not binged for over a month, the longest time I can remember succeeding.

Cheaper than a Poliquin supplement and has exactly the same ingredients. Though I'm not convinced this supplement is necessary.
